We analyse schedules each week from all over the world. Our best clients give cash rewards for the best schedules and we have seen great schedules transform their projects and companies. TWG has decided to offer prizes directly for the best schedules each year. We will start slowly with at least one prize of $1,000 by the end of 2012. Special credit will be given for generic, reusable project or phase templates that address fast-tracking, resource and risk management, management by exception using SPI and improved communications in medical, education, alternative energy and environmental projects. We will post more details on our blog from time to time. PMI Global Congress 2012 - North America in Vancouver was fantastic! It's always great to meet old friends, clients and colleagues and to get all pumped up with new ideas and challenges. The leadership Institute, REP breakfasts, keynote speakers and panels are always inspirational but to me the networking is just as important. I hope to make it to Istanbul in April. I have lived in both Vancouver and Turkey so these visits are particular rewarding. PMI has changed so many lives for the better. If you haven't been to the Congress in sometime, I recommend you try it! It does lose something in the telling.
